Arizona County Physical Activity Program
The Arizona County Physical Activity Program, funded by the Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant, works with eight local county health departments to develop, implement, and evaluate a public health physical activity plan that includes the organization, coordination and implementation of education, behavior change and public information programs.
