As this document describes how the Bureau addresses the needs of Arizona's women and children identified in the 2010 Arizona Title V Maternal Child Health Needs Assessment, we would like to hear your ideas, comments and concerns about how we are doing, as well as thoughts or suggestions on how we could do better. Please send any comments to Dyanne Herrera at Dyanne.Herrera@azdhs.gov or complete this online survey. We appreciate your feedback as we together work to promote and improve the health and safety of Arizona's women and children.
